A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at Bluefield City Hall, 200 Rogers Street Bluefield WV 24701 on Thursday April 20th at 3:00 P.M. Attendance is required to Bid. Bids will be accepted until the date of Friday April 28th, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Bid openings will take place in the Bluefield Municipal Building at 2:15 P.M. on this same date. The City of Bluefield will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the contract award.
