Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of APRIL 2023, Petitioner, ANNA MCKENZIE ESTEP filed a Petition in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, for an Order by said Court, changing the name of ANNA MCKENZIE ESTEP to ANNA MCKENZIE HOWELL. If anyone shall object to this name change they may petition the Mercer County Circuit Court located at 1501 Main Street, Suite 111 Princeton, WV 24740.
