AMENDMENT OF ZONING
ORDINANCE REGARDING FOOD TRUCKS AND FOOD TRAILERS
NOTICE that the Town of Fayetteville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 3:30 o’clock PM at the Fayetteville Town Hall, 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840. The public is invited to attend and submit comments on the amendments to Sections 1305 (203) definition of Restaurant (carry out), 1313.06 Mixed Use Lot Requirements and Regulations for Food Trucks and Food Trailers; 1315.06 General Commercial Lot Requirements and Regulations for Food Trucks and Food Trailers; 1318.06 Neighborhood Commercial Lot Requirements and Regulations for Food Trucks and Food Trailers, of the current Zoning Ordinance to provide for Food Trucks and Food Trailers. Copies of the amendments can be reviewed at Fayetteville Town Hall during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Copies will also be available at the Fayetteville Public Library located at 200 West Maple Avenue. Written comments may be submitted prior to the scheduled hearing at P. O. Box 298, 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840.
