Request for Bids
The Town of Richlands is currently seeking bids for paving projects for the upcoming paving season. The sealed bids should be for “price for ton in place” and should be submitted: Attention Ron Holt, Interim Manager, 200 Washington Square, Richlands, VA 24641. All bids should be received by May 1, 2023 at 3:00 pm. A public bid opening will occur at the Richlands Town Hall shortly after the bid closing on May 1, 2023.
