The Boomer Fire Department is currently accepting sealed bids for the following: DEMOLITION & EXCAVATION-Sealed bids will be accepted for the demolition and removal of a 2-story house adjacent to the fire department (188 Park Rd. Boomer) and excavation of approximately 75′ x 45′ lot. Bid will include all labor, removal of any material, and any associated cost with demolition and excavation. Box 51 Boomer, WV 25031 and must be received by close of business on May 8th, 2023. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids which are mailed, and which are postmarked prior to the deadline, but received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 6pm at the Boomer Fire Department located at 188 Park Road, Boomer, West Virginia. Sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope clearly stating, “BID FOR DEMOLITION & EXCAVATION.” Bids will only be accepted from the legal advertisement placed in the Fayette Tribune. The Boomer Fire Department reserves the right to refuse or reject any and all bids.
