NOTICE
TO: SHAUN BROOKS, FATHER OF A FEMALE CHILD BORN UNTO BRIANA BISHOP ON FEBRUARY 12, 2023 (JUVENILE CASE NO.: 23-JA-40-MW), A MALE CHILD BORN UNTO BRIANA BISHOP ON AUGUST 2, 2016 (JUVENILE CASE NO.: 23-JA-41-MW) AND A FEMALE CHILD BORN UNTO BRIANA BISHOP ON JUNE 3, 2014 (JUVENILE CASE NO.: 23-JA-42-MW).
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Section 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your children are neglected and/or abused children, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 22nd day of May, 2023 at 1:15 p.m., before the Honorable Mark Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse Annex, Princeton, West Virginia.
