ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed project may be undertaken through funding sources including, but not limited to, Congressional Directed Spending, federal funding opportunities, Appalachian
Regional Commission, WV state funding sources, and Welch Gas Cooperative available funds.
All work will be performed in accordance with the regulations issued by ARC, federal regulatory agencies, and the State of West Virginia appertaining thereto. The selected firm(s) will be required to comply with Executive Order 11246, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1974, Conflict of Interest Statement and Access of Records, Title VI, and Section 109.
Welch Gas Cooperative Association will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, color, creed, sex, age, handicap or national origin in the contract award.
