ABANDONMENT NOTICES IGNORED.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that EVEN AFTER USING DUE DILIGENCE, THE PLAINTIFF WAS UNABLE TO DISCOVER THE RESIDENCE OR WHEREABOUTS OF THE DEFENDANT.
it is ordered that DEREK DON PHILLIPS do serve upon MICHAEL FLANIGAN, magistrate, whose address is 120 SCOTT STREET, SUITE 103, PRINCETON, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before DECEMBER 1, 2020 at 10:00AM, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against DEREK DON PHILLIPS at any time thereafter.
