The operation is discharging into unnamed tributary of Jump Branch of South Fork, Tug Fork of Big Sandy of Ohio River and is located 0.8 miles, northwest of Jenkinjones in Adkin District of McDowell County, Longitude 81o 27′ 11″ and Latitude 37o 17′ 49″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
