It is hereby ordered that UNKNOWN UNNAMED FATHER serve upon ANTHONY VENERI, Petitioner’s Attorney, whose address is 1600 WEST MAIN STREET, PRINCETON, WV 24740, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Adoption filed in this action on or before JUNE 10, 2023. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Adoption a judment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. A hearing will be held in this matter on June 14, 2023, at 1:15 p.m. at the Mercer County Courthouse.
