The City of Bluefield is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to refurbish or replace the existing basketball court at Hardy Street Park.

1) Proposal deadline is Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 2:00 pm local time. The opening will be Friday, June 2, 2023, at 11 am local time.
All offerors shall abide by all applicable State and Federal laws. The City of Bluefield will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the contract award.
