PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting of June 6th, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Change in Land Classification, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
LC-57-23-1: Request of Willis Management Group, LLC, by Kevin Willis, owner, for a change in Land Classification from B-1, Central Business District, and B-2, General Business District to B-3, Highway Business on Parcels 435, 437, 438 and 440 located in the 200 Block East Main Street, Oak Hill.
LC-58-23-1: Request of Timothy Ball contract owner, for a change in Land Classification from R-2, Residence District, to B-2, on part of lots 40, 41, and 42 High Lawn Subdivision located behind 219 Mahan Street, Oak Hill.
TAKE NOTICE also, that at the June 12th, 2023, meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present.
