A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 3:00 pm in the Mercer County Commission Courtroom located on the second floor of the Mercer County Courthouse. We will NOT accept bids from contractors who do not attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. Everyone must be on time to the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Bid opening will be on Friday, June 9, 2023, at 3:00 pm in the same location. Sealed bids should be mailed or hand-delivered to Lori Mills, Dilapidated Structures Officer, 1500 West Main Street Princeton, WV 24740. Bids may also be submitted in person on Friday, June 9, 2023 until 2:50 pm- please contact Lori Mills, Dilapidated Structures Officer by calling 304-325-6354, 304-431-8538 or by email at [email protected], if you choose to bring your bid early or if you have any questions regarding this project.
