The object of the above entitled action is to correct Petitioner’s date of birth with the West Virginia Vital Statistics Office.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that anyone having any objections to the aforesaid change do appear and serve upon Timothy P. Lupardus, counsel for Petitioner, whose address is Post Office Box 1680, Pineville, West Virginia 24874 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before 2:30 PM on June 15, 2023. Otherwise, the Petitioner will be granted the relief prayed for in the petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in the City of Pineville in said County and State.
