NOTICE
The Tazewell County Public School Board is accepting sealed bids for six (6) separate services for the 2023-2024 School Year. The six (6) services for which separate Bid Requests are needed are Cylinder Lease and Industrial Gases; Elevator Preventive Maintenance; Fire Extinguisher Service & Inspection; Gasoline and Automotive Diesel; Range Hood Inspection Service and Cleaning; and Water Treatment Services. The contracts for these services will begin July 1, 2023 and end June 30, 2024, with the option to renew the contract for four (4) successive one-year periods as detailed in the Bid Requests posted on our website at tcpsva.org under District ยป Bid Requests and Legal Notices. All sealed bids are due at the School Board office no later than 10:00 am on June 12, 2023. Please indicate on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope the name of the bid that you are submitting a bid for.
