NOTICE TO INSURANCE FIRMS
The Southern Educational Services Cooperative (SESC) is seeking expressions of interest form Insurance Firms/Agents/Brokers for providing agent of record services for Dental Insurance. Expressions must be in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in documents available from the SESC. Brokers are invited to submit an expression of interest, to make qualifications, performance data and other material information desired no later than July 7, 2023, at 4pm EST at the SESC office at 214 N. Kanawha Street Beckley, WV 25801 or via email at [email protected].
Neither dating of expression of interest nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Expressions of Interest and documents must be received on or before date and time stated.
Documentation with scope of work, pertinent information and submittal requirements for the firm’s expression of interest may be obtained at the above address.
A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and expressions of interest and will conduct discussions with at least two of the professional firms deemed to be most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of preference and submit to the SESC for approval.
The SESC will not discriminate in its procurement policies, practices or procedures based on race, color, religion, creed or sexual orientation.
The SESC or designee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to make such selection as deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools.
