ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the entitled action is for the appointment of a Guardian of the minor, Cassandra Scott, as outlined within the Petition filed herein, and for such relief as the Court finds appropriate.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the present whereabouts of the natural father, Timothy Scott, is unknown.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that the natural father, Timothy Scott, appear and serve upon William S. Winfrey, II, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 1608 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1159, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, telephone: (304)487-1887, and whose email address is [email protected], an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before December 17, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this Office in the City of Princeton in said County and State.
