INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Pineville, WV will accept sealed, itemized proposals until July 28, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. for the paving of between one (1) to two (2) streets. Bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. Bids must be mailed to: Town Manager/Paving Bid; P.O. Box 220; Pineville, WV 24874 or you may hand deliver your sealed bid to Town Hall. The Town of Pineville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities. Proof of one-million-dollar ($1,000,000) liability insurance is required at the time of bid. The tonnage of asphalt for each street is part of the bid and will be verified by weigh tickets. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be at 9:00 a.m. July 17,2023, in the Pineville Town Hall at 296 Appalachian Highway; Pineville, WV. There will be a special meeting for bid opening and consideration of award on August 01, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter.
