Notice is hereby given that EAST RIVER AGGREGATES INC, 179 TURKEY STREET, BLUEFIELD, WV 24701 has submitted an application for Permit Number Q301518 to the Department of Environmentsl Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840, in order to Add 6.77 acres in order to add additional bonded area for Proposed Haulroad No. 2. The operation is discharging into Twelve Mile Creek and East River of Upper New River and is located near Princeton in Beaver Pond District of Mercer County, Longitude 81o 3′ 25″ and Latitude 37o 18′ 40″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
