The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 125 Mercer Street, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia 25801 in that the above-named respondents are unlawfully occupying such property as tenants.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Darcy Moore and Joshua Fletcher, and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Darcy Moore & Joshua Fletcher do serve upon Charles Humphrey, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 7, 2023 @ 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Darcy Moore & Joshua Fletcher at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
