Notice is hereby given that the following has been appealed from the action of the City Manager in refusing to grant the following zoning permit:
Application #10,349 by Kelli Shannon to open and operate a Beauty Salon at 2008 Bland St. Bluefield, WV.
Reason for refusal:
Zoned Residential Multi Family (RMF). Zoning Board of Adjustments may authorize by special exception.
A public hearing will be held at City Hall in the Board Room, 200 Rogers St., Bluefield, WV on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 4:30 pm. If you wish to either support the application or file an objection, you may do so in writing prior to the public hearing or you may appear at the hearing.
