PUBLIC NOTICE
The WV Department of Enviormental Protection (WVDEP) and Industrial Plating & Machine Inc. have proposed a settlement of Administrative Consent Order No. MM-23-08 which resolves violation(s) of the WV Hazardous Waste Management Act and the WV Water Pollutin Control Act which occured in Mercer County, WV. In accordance witht the proposed Consent Order, Industrial Plating & Machine Inc. has agreed to pay administrative penalties and to comply with the Act. Final settlement is subject to comments recieved during the thirty (30) day period following this publication.
