The object of the above entitled action is a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment, or in the alternative, for Partition of the real estate owned by Brenda K. Belcher Adkins and possibly Johnny Belcher, Keith Belcher, Paula Belcher, Telietha Smith and Paul Pelfrey. Plaintiff, by verified Petition, states that she does not know whereabouts of the Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon Gavin G. Ward, counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 228 N. Fayette Street, P.O. Box 5086, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before August 14, 2023; otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
