The object of the above entitled action is the guardianship of Phoenix Alivia Jayde Colbird by Megan Lattie.
It is ORDERED that the biological mother, Amber Faye Colbird, having any objections to the aforesaid guardianship do appear and serve upon Timothy P. Lupardus, counsel for Petition, whose address is Post Office Box 1680, Pineville, West Virginia 24874 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before September 1, 2023 at 9:30am, otherwise the petition will be granted the relief prayed for in the petition and/or your parental rights could be terminated. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at the Fayette County Circuit Clerk’s Office in Fayette County, West Virginia.
