Please be advised and take notice that pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Court of Wyoming County, West Virginia in the matter of Adkins v. Lusk, Case No 2016-C-40 entered December 13, 2021, that Derrick W. Lefler, as Special Commissioner, on the 30th day of August 2023 at 1:00PM, at the front stairs of the Wyoming County Courthouse in Pineville, West Virginia, will offer for sale to the highest bidder whatever right, title, and interest Joseph Andrew Lusk may own, in and to that parcel of real property described as 1.5 Acres Milams Fork, Barker Ridge District, Wyoming County, WV.
The terms of such sale will be 10% paid by cash or certified check at the time of sale, with the remaining amounts due by cash or certified check within 10 days of sale.
