NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley is accepting bids from qualified companies for the purchase of a 1/2 ton 4-wheel drive pickup truck for the Authority.
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained from Donna Whitt, Executive Director, at the Housing Authority’s office, 100 Beckwoods Drive, or by calling (304) 256-1772 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Bids will be received until August 28, 2023, 4:00 p.m. on August 28, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 4:15 p.m. on the same day. All bids then will be presented to the Beckley Housing Authority Board of Commissioners on September 11, 2023. Bids must be submitted to the Executive Director in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Picked Truck Bid”. Bids may be hand delivered to 100 Beckwoods Drive, or mailed to P.O. Box 1780, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of any bid without cause.
