The object of the above-named suit is to obtain money judgment against Defendants West Virginia Division of Correction and Rehabilitation; Aaron Johnson; Johan Radosevich; Ashley Toney; Nicholas Burton; Wexford Health Sources, Inc.; Ashley Stroup, LPN; Beth Waugh, LPN; and Erica Sizemore, LPN, et al;
TO JOHAN RADOSEVICH:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Johan Radosevich cannot be located through diligent efforts and/or is evading service of civil process, it is hereby ordered that Johan Radosevich serve upon New, Taylor & Associates, P.O. Box 5516, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Order. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and/or trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the Clerk.
