NOTICE
The Tazewell Community Foundation is accepting proposals from licensed architects to provide professional design and construction phase services for the development of a 3,000 to 4,000 square foot medical office. The building site has not been acquired and the selected firm may be asked to assist in the evaluation of multiple sites in Tazewell, VA. It is anticipated that the building will house office space and examination rooms for a minimum of 2 physicians together with necessary administrative and support staff.
Interested firms should submit proposals giving examples of 5 similar projects together with references for each. Proposals should be delivered to the

Tazewell, VA 24651,
and should be received no later than 4:00pm on Sept 1, 2023. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.
