SNC PUBLICATION
In accordance with 40 CFR Part 403.8, Beckley Sanitary Board provides public notification of all industrial users who were in significant noncompliance (SNC) with the Board’s Industrial Pretreatment requirements at any time during the fiscal reporting period, July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023. The industrial users that were in significant noncompliance during the fiscal period, the SNC parameter(s), and the corrective action(s) taken are listed below:
Raleigh General Hospital — copper, SNC for Technical Review Criteria (TRC) for copper local limit violation for two 6-month evaluation periods in fiscal year 2023. User reached compliance in quarterly samples after resamples were taken. Copper monitoring in first quarter for fiscal year 2024 is in compliance also. Copper is being monitored moving into fiscal year 2024.
