The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following requests on September 7, 2023 at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
1. BZA 23-13 – Janet Keller of 118 Golf Drive is filing a general appeal in regards to a Zoning Code violation of Article 5.4.6.B, which prohibits parking on any lawn or landscaped area.
