The Town of Bluefield, Virginia is requesting bids for paving in the following areas:
1. Fairlane Drive- 1289′ L x 21’W (Mill Roadway, Driveway Entrances and Cul-de-Sac) COST $______________
2. Business Road- 621’L x 21’W (Mill Driveway Entrances and Tie-Ins) COST $______________
3. Eastview Street – 524’L x 20’W Cul-de-sac – (measure & include) (Mill Roadway, Driveway Entrances, and Tie-Ins & Cul-de-Sac) COST $______________
4. Lee Avenue – 414’L x 25’W – (Section from Calvin Street to Wesley Street (Mill Roadway, Driveway Entrances, and Tie-Ins) COST $ _________________
5. Limestone Road – 379′ L x 10’W (Mill Roadway & Tie-Ins) COST $______________
6. Morton Street – 268’L x 14’W (Mill Roadway & Tie-Ins) COST $______________
7. Walton Street – 173’L x 43’W (Mill Roadway & Tie-Ins) COST $______________
All areas to be paved have been pre-marked in white paint.
All paving must include:
— Paved 1 1/2″ thick finished
— Tack coat applied.
— Driveway entrances milled and paved back with no change in degrees.
Bids will be accepted until September 28th 2023.
All bids will be reviewed after September 28th, 2023.
