Professional Development and Educational Services
The Southern Educational Services Cooperative (SESC) is seeking RFP’s to secure third party IT networking services for the entities with which it conducts business. These services would be made available to members of the SESC through a contract secured with the successful vendor.
RFP’s must be in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in documents available from the SESC. Vendors are invited to submit RFP, to make qualifications, performance data and other material information desired no later than September 25, 2023, at 4pm EST at the SESC office at 214 N. Kanawha Street Beckley, WV 25801 or via email at [email protected].
Neither dating of RFP nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. RFP and documents must be received on or before date and time stated.
Documentation with scope of work, pertinent information and submittal requirements for the firm’s RFP may be obtained at the above address.
A selection team will evaluate the RFP’s deemed to be most highly qualified to provide the services required and submit to the SESC for approval.
The SESC will not discriminate in its procurement policies, practices or procedures based on race, color, religion, creed or sexual orientation.
The SESC or designee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to make such selection as deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools.
