The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 223 S. Heber St. – Apt 18, Beckley, Raleigh County, WV 25801 in that the above-named respondent is wrongfull occupying such property as tenant.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Trey Dixon and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Trey Dixon do serve upon Tomi Peck, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing October 20, 2023 at 7:30 PM, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Trey Dixon at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
