You must appear at a hearing scheduled for December 7, 2022 at 09:00 AM in the Circuit Court of Taylor County, located at Courthouse, Second Floor, 214 W. Main St., Grafton, WV 26354 and/or defend any such rights within 15 days by serving a response upon the Taylor County Circuit Clerk or the Taylor County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Claire Niehaus, whose address is 222 W.
