West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) invites financial professionals and firms to submit a proposal for contracted full-service post-award grant accounting services. We anticipate an initial 3-month engagement with the option to renew depending on performance and organizational needs.
WVSOM has identified areas of need for existing and future grants related to internal post-award procedures, documentation, and overall standards. Services of the selected contractor are expected to benefit the administration of both current and future awards, improve upon processes, and assist both finance and program staff with post award reporting and compliance. The selected firm will communicate regularly with the Vice President of Finance and Facilities/CFO and attend virtual and in-person monthly meetings with designated staff to provide updates and review progress.
The proposal document must be submitted in pdf format via email to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 22, 2023. WVSOM also requires three (3) spiral bound copies of the proposal (in color) to be postmarked to the address below no later than Wednesday November the 22nd. Selected individuals or firms must be available for an in-person meeting with the current Director of Accounting and the Chief Financial Officer as requested.
