IN RE: DISSOLUTION OF THE GREEN CAMP WATER ASSOCIATION
Notice of Proposal and Hearing
Please take notice that the Board of Directors of the Green Camp Water Association shall hold a hearing and take evidence on the proposed dissolution of the Green Camp Water Association on November 17, 2023, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Marianna Freewill Baptist Church located at 5159 RD Bailey Highway, Marianna WV 24859. The proposed dissolution would occur at the time of the issuing of Substantial Completion and a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity of approval of the “Town of Pineville: Brenton/Baileysville Waterline Extension Project” by the Public Service Commission of West Virginia and the approval of the dissolution by the Green Camp Water Association Board of Directors. Until such time, the Association will continue its usual operation.
All persons residing in or owning or having any interest in property in the territory of the Green Camp Water Association may be heard for or against the proposed dissolution. The Resolution proposing dissolution of the Green Camp Water Association is:
RESOLUTION TO DISSOLVE GREEN CAMP WATER
ASSOCIATION
At a meeting of the Board of Directors of The Green Camp Water Association duly called and held in Wyoming County, West Virginia on November 17, 2023, at 7:30 p.m., which a quorum was present and voting, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted:
The Green Camp Water Association Board of Directors moves to dissolve the Association at the time of the issuing of Substantial Completion and a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity of approval of the “Town of Pineville: Brenton/Baileysville Waterline Extension Project” by the Public Service Commission of West Virginia. Until such time, the Association will continue its usual operation.
I certify that I am the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of The Green Camp Water Association organized under the laws of West Virginia, and located in Wyoming County, West Virginia, that the preceding Resolution is a true and correct copy from the Minutes of this meeting of The Green Camp Water Association, and that such Resolution remains in full force and effect.
