NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 12th day of December, 2023, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Steven Gilfilen for the purpose of a Front setback Variance for a carport/garage on property located at 5557 Coal River Road, Arnett, WV, Marsh Fork District, Tax Map 11, Parcel 107, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
