NOTICE
The Fayette County Firefighters Association-Fire Training Center is currently accepting sealed bids for the following: STRUCTURAL FIREFIGHTING TURNOUT GEAR- Sealed bids will be accepted for structural firefighting turnout coat, pants, and boots and must meet the current NFPA 1971 standard (15 sets). Bid specifications can be obtained by emailing John McGinnis at [email protected]. Bids can be mailed to: Fayette County Fire Coordinator-P.O. Box 60 Fayetteville, WV 25840 and must be received by close of business on December 8th, 2023. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids which are mailed, and which are postmarked prior to the deadline, but received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids will be opened on Thursday, December 14th, 2023 at 730pm at the Fayette County Firefighters Association meeting to be held at Armstrong Creek Volunteer Fire Department located at 3319 Armstrong Creek Road, Kimberly, West Virginia 25118. Sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope clearly stating, “STRUCTURAL FIREFIGHTING TURNOUT GEAR.” Bids will only be accepted from the legal advertisement placed in the Fayette Tribune. The Fayette County Firefighters Association-Fire Training Center reserves the right to refuse or reject any and all bids.
