NOTICE
The Town of Grant Town is accepting bids for asbestos testing, abatement and demolition of residential and commercial structures in the Town of Grant Town, Marion County, West Virginia. Specifications: any material must be disposed of at an approved solid waste facility and the site must be seeded and graded when removal of structures is completed. Bid packets will be available at the Town Hall at 304 Main Street, Grant Town, WV 26574. Bidders must include a copy of state licenses and proof of insurance with their bid. A 5% bid bond along with a performance bond must be included. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 28th, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town Hall. Bids will be accepted at the town hall from December 1st, 2023 to December 15th, 2023. Please mark “Demolition Sealed Bid” on the outside of envelope: The town council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
