The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following requests on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 7:30 pm in the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
BZA 23-14 – John A. and Carol W. Mainella of 925 Farms Drive are requesting a variance from Article 5.8.3.C.i. of the Zoning Code to allow privacy fencing to be located within the front yard.
