Notice is hereby given that RIVERSIDE ENERGY COMPANY, LLC, P O BOX 460, BRENTON, WV 24818 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for a Phase 1 Release on Permit Number U400295 issued for 5.16 acres.
The permit is located in SLAB FORK District of Wyoming County, 1 miles north of ITMANN on unnamed tributary and Workman Branch of Still Run of Upper Guyandotte River.
RIVERSIDE ENERGY COMPANY, LLC completed backfilling and regarding on 06/10/2010 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $14,640.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address until January 11, 2024 , or thirty (30) days from the date
of final publication.
