Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of December, 2023 at 9:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Lydia Marie Samargo will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Lydia Marie Samargo to Lydia Marie Simar, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
