TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS
Take note that on November 30, 2023, at 8:00 am in the Board of Directors Room, Municipal Complex, 200 Rogers Street, Bluefield, West Virginia 24701, the Planning Commission of the City of Bluefield, sitting as the Zoning Commission of said city will hold a public hearing upon and thereafter make its recommendation to the Board of Directors.
1. An application by Leslie Lambert to request that the zoning be changed from R-2 Single Family Residential to BH- Business Highway for a vacant parcel located above Tractor Supply and Gabe’s . Tax Map 47 Parcel 55.
