The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 955 Ritter Drive, Beaver, Raleigh County, West Virginia 25813 in that the above-named respondent is wrongful occupying such Residential Rental Property or Factory-Built Site as tenant.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Roxanna Owens and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Roxanna Owens do serve upon Charles Humphrey, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing – December 27, 2023 at 6:00 PM, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Roxanna Owens at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
