The object of the entitled action is for the appointment of a Special Commissioner to convey to the Plaintiff the property as outlined within the Complaint filed herein, and for such relief as the Court finds appropriate.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that, in the interests of justice, publication is necessary for service upon the Defendant, whose address and whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that the Defendant appear and serve upon William S. Winfrey, II, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 1608 West Main Street, P. O. Box 1159, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, telephone: (304)487-1887, and whose email address is [email protected], an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before December 27, 2023, otherwise, the Court will proceed to hear this matter. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this Office in the City of Princeton in said County and State.
