Our water system violated drinking water monitoring requirements. Even though these were not emergencies, you, as our customers, have a right to know what happened and what we did to correct the situation.

We are required to monitor your drinking water on a regular basis. Results of regular monitoring are on indicator or whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. During periods listed in the table below, we did not monitor or test as required and therefore cannot be sure of the quality of our drinking water during that time.

What should I do?
At this time, there is nothing you need to do.

The table below lists the monitoring we did not conduct, other violations, and the associated compliance period.

What happened? What is being done? (Describe corrective action)
Due to operator error samples were not pulled / not sumitted on time. Better house keeping methods are being implented to keep better track of sample schedules.
