The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from UnitedHealth Group, Inc., CON File #23-1/3/5/6-12837-A, for UnitedHealth Group, Inc. to acquire four (4) WV home health parent facilities (with 7 branch facilities) and four (4) WV hospice parent facilities (with 2 branch facilities). Capital Expenditure $112,200,000.
