NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated February 18, 2014, from Carl H. Carter and Heather L. Meadows, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5054, at page 6331, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $59,308.50, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on January 11, 2024 at 10:45 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the surface of that certain piece of real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the County of Raleigh, Lots 27-28 Block B1, 23, Central Addition, Cert. 41-6905, as per plat recorded in Deed Book 66, Page 42, Raleigh County, West Virginia, which plat is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof, by this reference. Tax Parcel Identification Number: 3-01770000.

Together with a certain 2014 CMH Manufactured Home, Serial Number CWP025346TNAB.

Being the same property conveyed from Loretta Carter to Carl H. Carter and Heather L. Meadows by Deed dated March 15, 2011, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office on Roll No. 5042, at page 9899.
