The operation is discharging into Low Gap Branch of/and Little Marsh Fork and Panther Branch of/and Clear Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River of Kanawha River and is located 2.0 miles, southwest of DOROTHY in MARSH FORK District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81° 30‘ 15“ and Latitude 37° 56‘ 33” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).

Written comments and/or requests for an informal conference of the permit renewal application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until February 1, 2024, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication.
