It is ordered that Steven Michael Toothman and/or any other unknown occupants do serve upon TODD RUNDLE, magistrate, whose address is 200 Jackson St/City County Complex Bldg, Fairmont, WV 26554, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before JANUARY 2, 2024, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Steven Michael Toothman and/or any other unknown occupants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
